Ms. Lynnette Kay has worked for the past 6 years as Country Director for Retrak Ethiopia, an international NGO. Retrak supports vulnerable children and families, children on the street, girls escaping exploitative domestic work and families that are highly vulnerable to child migration. Retrak has projects in Addis Ababa, Hadiya Zone and Wolayita Zone, and will open a project in Bahir Dar later in 2018. Lynnette is committed to evidence-based practice and research to ensure children are protected and have quality services.
